Barbara Ricigliano

Born in Elizabeth to parents James and Alice Carroll. Barbara graduated from Battin High School in Elizabeth in 1951. Barbara went on to work for prudential insurance company for over two decades. Following her time at Prudential Barbara also worked at the Arc Kohler School in Winfield Park.

Barbara was very active with her family attending as many school and sport activities for her grandchildren as she could. In her free time Barbara could be found baking or packing care packages for overseas troops. She was also a member of multiple bowling leagues in Union and an avid New York Yankees fan.

Barbara is predeceased by her beloved husband of 54 years Nicholas Ricigliano, Sr.

Barbara is survived by her three children, Barbara Bolger and her husband Michael, Tina Schwarz and her husband John and Nicholas Ricigliano, Jr. and his wife Rebecca. She is also survived by her 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.

A visitation for Barbara will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ.

A funeral mass will occur on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 10:30am at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church, 971 Suburban Road, Union with a graveside service following at Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery, 1500 Stuyvesant Avenue, Union.
