Janet M. Watkins

A prayer service will be held at McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave., Union, N.J., on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at 10 a.m. Committal will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, N.J. The family will receive their friends on Friday, Sept. 5, 2014, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Janet was a credit analyst with BASF Corporation in Iselin, N.J.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved reading mysteries, traveling and working on crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed going on long walks with her sisters.

Janet was predeceased by her brother, Brian. She is survived by her husband, James W. Watkins; her children, Kelly, and her husband, Roy Walton, and James Watkins and his wife, Susan Despins; her grandchildren, Veronica and Roy Walton and Elizabeth and Gavin Watkins, and her siblings, Patty, Barbara, Betty, Jim, Michael, Patrick and Kevin.
