A dedicated teacher at Lake Drive School in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey; Joyce served her community not only as an educator, but as an accomplished principal as well. She will be dearly missed by all those lucky enough to have known her.
Her hobbies and interests include a deep appreciation and fascination with Civil War history and anything surrounding president Abraham Lincoln.
Joyce is predeceased by her adoring husband, Patrick Russo; and is survived by her cousins, Bruce Courter and Joan Blisnuk. She is also survived by her nieces, Karen Blisnuk, Linda Engleke; nephew Steven Blisnuk; and great-nieces Erin Blisnuk and Alexandra Blisnuk.
Cremation will be private under the family's discretion.
