William was born in Newark, New Jersey to Mary Kratinski and George Kratinski.
William retired twenty years ago from T&M Associates in Middletown, NJ. Since then he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at the Jersey Shore or a tropical island.
William was preceded in death by his father George Kratinski and his mother Mary Kratinski; his sister Barbara Ann Schmidt.
William is survived by his niece Michele Schmidt and his nephew George Schmidt. He is also survived by his two step children, McKenzie Seitz and Mark Clifton. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
