Family time are always the best.  Losing a parent or grandparents is an unimaginable loss.  I can comprehend the pain and sorrow you are experiencing.   I know my parents must have said hi or my dad saying "Hola weon."  Love you guys.

In 2014, in Viña del Mar, we had a great time getting together with several cousins from the González-Acevedo family. Cousin Patricio deeply appreciated that time.

My cousin never stopped thinking about his older sister. He visited her grave in Viña del Mar whenever he was in Chile.

In 1992, my cousin came to Chile with Rina. My mother was always overjoyed to see him, they shared a special bond.

The Flying Teddy misses and thanks him for saving his life when he was 7 months old - he was jumping behind Dad in the backyard on the deck &  puppy Teddy fell in the deep end of the pool. I jumped him at 8am in pjs pushed him up and Dad pulled him out.  A day to remember!  🐾

I was deeply saddened to learn of Patricio’s passing. I feel fortunate to have shared many wonderful evenings with him, Rina, and friends at Pato and Helen’s home. My heartfelt condolences to the entire family.

So sad that Tio is not with us anymore, but it is a bittersweet comfort that he is now resting. I hope that his beautiful lifetime of stories will be carried through other generations and remain as a reminder that he lived a full, amazing life.
We loved him and will miss him dearly.
Having lost Mama (Alicia Gonzalez Jungk) late last year, I know those two will be catching up in heaven.
