Samuel Douglas Lamb

Mr. Lamb was born on October 5, 1936 and lived in Upland most of his life. He was a senior network provisioning engineer for General Telephone Operation West Area and retired in 1994 after 28 years of service.

Samuel was a Past Master of Upland Masonic Lodge Number 419; Past Commander, Council of Kadosh; Past Venerable Master, Lodge of Perfection; and General Secretary of the San Bernardino Scottish Rite. He received his 33 degree in San Diego, California in December 2005. Additionally, he was a Past Worthy Patron of Upland Chapter Number 346, Order of Eastern Star; Past President of Old Baldy Shrine Club; Past President of the Wend End Scottish Rite Club; a member of Al Malaikah Temple, the Royal Order of Scotland, the Robert the Bruce Association, and the Southern California Past Masters Association.

He is survived by his two daughters, Donna Henry and Theresa Goff, and two grandchildren.
