Beryl Nelson Green, 85, of Mountainburg, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022 in Fort Smith. He was born September 13, 1936 in Shreveport to the late Vance and Lu Addie (Robinson) Green. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was a self-employed computer programmer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Green; and four brothers.
He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Whitson of Fort Smith; three sons, Michael Green and wife Penny of Mountainburg, Kenneth Green and wife Nancy of Mulberry, and Patrick Green and wife Teresa of Alma; twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends following the service at 8717 Westwood Road in Mountainburg.
