Bettie Lou Turner, 60, of Rudy, Arkansas, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010 in her home. She was born March 16, 1950 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a cashier. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Turner, Sr; her sister, Janice L. Chambers; and her parents, Billy and Mary Medlock. She is survived by two daughters, Elaine Wolaridge and her husband, Danny of Fort Smith, AR and Chloe Turner of Wisconsin; one son, Richard Turner, Jr and his wife, Linda of Alma, AR; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 4, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren. Pallbearers will be Walter Morales, Mike Turner, Michael Turner, Mark Turner, Daniel Turner, and Richard Turner, Jr. The family will visit with friends from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
