Cindy Kay Willsey, 54, of Alma, AR, died Friday, April 27, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born October 20, 1957 in Oklahoma City to E.T. and Henrietta Freeman. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a stepson, Matt Willsey.
She is survived by her husband Charles Willsey of the home; a daughter, Shalin Kay Shahan of Van Buren, AR; a son, Shannon Osborne of Ozark, AR; a stepson, Marc Willsey of Cookson, OK; a brother, Wayne Freeman of Fort Smith; three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
Mrs. Willsey will be laid to rest at Huntington Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral home in Van Buren, AR.
