David Allen Scribner, 58, of Uniontown, AR, died Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at a local hospital. He was born April 6, 1953 in Hempstead, TX. He was a self-employed upholsterer for 40 years, was an avid hunter, loving husband and a good friend.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Scribner of the home; two daughters, Dina Kension of Ok and Kandice Garrett of Uniontown, AR; two sons, Joe Scribner of TX, Randall Irvin of Uniontown, AR; a sister, Nancy Hatchett of Mulberry, AR; Donald Scribner of Russellville, AR and five grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be John Vick, Barron Small, Nick Smith, Anthony Seratt, Carlis Kindy and Corey Legrand.
The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. Friday, August 19, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
