

Dwayne Robinson, 53, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at his home. He was born October 4, 1962 in Redwood City, CA. He was a welder for KOPCO Steel in Fort Smith. He loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He loved going to car shows and was restoring a ’38 Chevrolet sedan; but most of all, he loved and adored his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Robinson and Earline Belisle; a son, Sam Robinson; and a brother, Norman Robinson.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Robinson of the home; a daughter, Emily Wright and husband Jacob of Van Buren; a son, Ben Robinson and wife Alicia of Rudy; and three grandchildren, Harlee Robinson, Colt Robinson, and Evelyn Wright.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 26, 2016 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will Dennis Reynolds, James Berto, Eddie McDonald, Jeff Thompson, Rick Medlock, and Christian Hopkins. Brian Albert will serve as honorary pallbearer.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
