

He will always be remembered by his big iconic smile, sense of humor, and loving generous heart. He was a faithful and devoted Christian and loved his family fiercely. He was truly a walking miracle of God and set an example for all of us to follow, always showing strength, determination and courage. He was a perfect example and representation of a Polio Poster Child. To know him, was to love him. Our Hero he will forever be.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Coleman of the home; two daughters, Veronica Grant and Vikki Doss, both of Van Buren; a son, Jason Coleman of Van Buren; two sisters, Carol Hunter and Vickie Landers, both of Van Buren; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Edward Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Grant, Tyler Doss, Jerry Lee Davis, and Michael Davis.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 14, 2023, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gracelawn Cemetery in memory of Farris “Eddie” Coleman at P.O. Box 5620, Van Buren, AR 72957.
