Fred McCormick, 57, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 in Fort Smith. He was born July 21, 1960 in Van Buren to the late Harold and Mildred McCormick.
He is survived by his fiancé, Phyllis Moore of the home; a daughter, Sheena Benson of Arlington, TX; a sister, Tina McCormick of Fort Smith; and nephew, Mack McCormick of Lavaca, AR.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
