James Robert Alan “Bobby” Huff, 30, of Mountainburg, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 in Fort Smith. He was born July 29, 1985 in Fort Smith. Bobby was a surviving victim of the May 31, 2001 Mountainburg school bus accident that left him paralyzed. He overcame many obstacles and challenges, and lived life to its fullest of his own accord. He was a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church in Fort Smith, and was preceded in death by his father, Albert Huff.
He is survived by his family, Margie Huff, Teresa and Tyler Davis, David and Lisa Conyers, Justin Martin, Arch Conklin, Ryan Conyers, Alan Rutledge, Dawn Cambell, Brandon Rutledge, Luke Rutledge, Teddy Gallagher, Hali Gallagher, Bill and Lori Dumas, Laina Norgaar, Kassie Sharp, Patrick Sharp, Alex Dumas, and Haden Dumas.
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sebastian County Humane Society, 3800 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904.
