Josephine Palmer, 99, of Van Buren, passed away Friday, July 18, 2014 in Fort Smith. She was born March 19, 1915 in New Castle, PA to the late Frank and Annette Pagley. She was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Palmer; two daughters, Gerri White, and Angie Westfal; a son, Teo Palmer; eight sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by a son, Dan Palmer and wife Terry of Van Buren; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held in Glendora, California at a later date .
