In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Jones; a sister, Betty Holbrook; and three brothers, Bud, Sonny, and Gary Wayne Parmenter.
She is survived by four daughters, Betty Bentley and husband Runt of Cedarville, Tammy Earnhart and husband Gary of Van Buren, Margie Selman and husband Dwight of Chester; and Shelia Strickland and husband Lee of Cedarville; a sister, Dorothy Belcher of Van Buren; a brother, Curtis Parmenter of Fort Smith; twelve grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Dyer Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Viewing will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2023, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends immediately following the service with a potluck reception at the Figure Five Fire Station on Hwy 59.
