

Mildred Inez Phillips, 71, of Rudy, AR, died Monday, March 28, 2011 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born October 15, 1939 in Ozark, AR. She was a CNA at Pointer Trail Health and Rehabilitation for 23 years and ran a booth at a flea market for several years. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Kate Roberson; a sister, Wanda Clark; a brother, Jack Roberson Jr and a great granddaughter, Kinnedee Snell.
She is survived by her husband Carl Phillips of the home; three daughters, Shelia Morse and her husband Billy of Alma, AR, Rose Mary Woodrome of Tacoma, WA and Talisa Wormke and her husband Kenny of Rudy, AR; four sons, Howard Wayne Wilson and his wife Lynn of Rudy, AR, Robert Wilson and his wife Becky of Sparta, MO, Bruce Wilson of Alma, AR, Brad Phillips and his wife Melissa of Rudy, AR; a step-daughter, Sandra Phillips of Muldrow, OK; a step-son, Carl Wayne Phillips of Van Buren, AR; a sister, Betty Lindsey of Fort Smith, AR; a brother, Jimmy Roberson and his wife Louise of Fort Smith, AR; 24 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 1, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel in Van Buren. She will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Family will visit with friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Thursday March 31, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
