Nikki A. Lewis, 80, of Mulberry, AR, died Thursday, December 8, 2011 in a local hospital. She was born May 21, 1931 in Topeka, KS. She was a retired supervisor for Humana Hospital in Clearfield, UT and was a member of Moose Lodge, Fraternal Order of Eagles # 3455, V.F.W at Coal Hill, AR, and American Legion Post #139.
She is survived by her husband, Lynn of the home; two daughters, Marlene Jordan of Ozark, AR and Virdeana Longstaff of Ozark, AR; three sons, Lawrence Adkins of Zanesville, OH, Robert Lewis of Roy, UT and Mike Lewis of St. Paul, MN; a sister, Sandra Cummings of Oklahoma; a brother, Dusty Young of Topeka, KS; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Lewis will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren, AR.
