Patricia Ann McCarver, 65, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at her home. She was born May 17, 1955 in Oklahoma to William O’Dell and Ruby Jean Patterson. She enjoyed staying at home being with her family and her animals. In more recent years, she loved attending the ball games of her nephews, Noah and Joshua. You would see her sitting on the sidelines cheering them on at all of their games.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard McCarver; two sisters, Faye Patterson and Elaine Baty; and three brothers, Wesley, Verlon, and Charles Patterson.
She is survived by three sisters, Bonnie House of Alma; Shirley Maez of Arizona, and Dian Sheridan of Fort Smith; a brother, Terry Patterson of Mountainburg; and numerous nieces and nephews that she had a hand in raising.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
