Terry James Lewis, 67, of Mulberry, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022 in Fort Smith. He was born August 6, 1955 in Van Buren to the late James “Short” Lewis and Peggy (Anderson) Lewis. Terry was retired from the Iron Workers Union - Local #584.
He is survived by a sister, Angela Jeanne Brownfield of Republic, MO; a brother, Edward Brett Lewis of Franklin, TN; and five nieces and nephews.
Family-hosted memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Mulberry Church of Christ. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
