Wanda J. Allen, 80, formerly of Ankeny, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born September 22, 1933 in Story County, Iowa to the late Alva and Elsie Allen. She enjoyed bowling, and loved animals and fishing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Allen.
She is survived by a brother, Gene Allen of Alma, Ark. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, Ark. Ashes to be interred at Cory Grove Cemetery in Elkhart, Iowa at a later date.
