A  friend from Hamilton.. and again in Vancouver..like family if he needed anything tried to send him back to his brothers at one time.. but he was a happy soul in VANCOUVER as you see in the picture he’s pointing to❤️..
And MERRY CHRISTMAS..as-AL would always sing if you can’t be with the one you love , love the one you’re with  !!!

Alex was an amazing human. His favourite thing to do in life was make other people smile. He always brightened my day whenever I was lucky enough to see him. I was heartbroken to hear of his loss. You didn't deserve that Alex, and I'm sorry. I wish we could have done better by you. Goodbye old pal, and thanks for all the laughs. 

I was heart broken to hear of Alex’ s passing. I worked at Kingsgate mall. Alex was my favourite customer. He brightened my day when he came in.  He was so positive and cheerful. Kind hearted always smiling.   My work took me to the north shore but I would often see Alex on my drive home and we would wave. He always put the biggest smile on my face.   .   . .  Always made  my day, ..,    I miss him.  
 

Alex always brightened up my days, coming to say hello and staying for a little chat. He always had a good joke to tell, and kind words to say. I miss Alex and his visits, and I think a lot of other people will miss him, and his stories, too.

I will miss Al, his awesome jokes, and wise words.  He always was kind and would brighten my day.  It's so hard to believe he is not with us anymore. Rest in peace.  

I'm very sad to hear of Al's passing. I met him in 2019, and would look forward to the cheer he would bring me and my peers at the shop I work at. I have collected small gifts and trinkets he'd sell to me. I will treasure these for the rest of my life and will always remember him as a gentle and compassionate person. 

I met Alex about five years ago. He became a weekly visitor at my shop and we always looked forward to his visits. He always came in with a smile and a joke, at least one, He was always looking for things that might be useful for us. We knew him as a kind and respectful man and we are very sad to hear of his passing. We will remember him.
