先慈衞黃煥珍女士，痛於二零二六年九月十二日，在我們的陪伴下於加拿大溫哥華安詳離世，享壽七十六歲。
家母個性溫柔堅毅，慈愛仁厚。與家父鶼鰈情深，相濡以沫數十載，持家有道，賢良淑德，實為現代母親之典範。
媽媽成長於五、六十年代的香港，生活雖未算十分艱苦，但也絕不富裕，早年更因家境困難而無緣就學。然而她善於觀察、好學不倦，婚後已精通女紅廚藝；移居海外後，對各種生活科學及家事常識更是瞭如指掌。雖無顯赫學歷，卻具博雅見識，兒孫輩實難望其項背。
媽媽平時雖時常叮嚀我們要勤勉讀書，但言傳身教最為看重的卻是品格修養。她以身作則，潛移默化，教導我們要正直善良、謙遜待人。縱使爸爸有時取笑媽媽在小事上總是「婦人之仁」，但在我們眼中，媽媽其實見微知著，通達世事，處世更是豁達圓融，大智若愚。
養兒方知父母恩。我們都會深深懷念家中清茶淡飯的溫暖滋味，但是我們都明白好好生活才能真正報答父母。
衞黃煥珍女士的告別儀式將於二零二六年十月六日（星期二）上午九時至十時，於溫哥華孟碧珊世界殯儀館（306 E 11th Ave Vancouver, BC V5T 2C6）舉行。
家人將於當日上午十一時在溫哥華紀念服務與火化場進行見證火化儀式。
中午十二時在普光素食（1334 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3E4）設纓紅宴。
如蒙親友敬賜花圈，懇請於十月五日（星期一）下午二時前送達殯儀館，感謝大家的心意。

Obituary: Alice Wun Chun Wai (衞黃煥珍)
Mrs. Alice Wai, 76, of Vancouver, BC, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Hong Kong, Alice immigrated to Vancouver over 35 years ago. She lived a rich and meaningful life as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother. Her gentle strength, kindness, and wisdom touched everyone around her.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Gordon Wai, and her children, Flora and Vincent.
