Dear Anne,
Since you've been gone I've been having dreams about you every month or so. In my dreams we are young and beautiful and energetic, as we were 20 years ago when we were hanging out together. We are having adventures and the love I feel is as real as it was then. I wake from these full of joy, immersed in those wonderful feelings and feel blessed to have had a visit in this way. 
I miss you, I know I won't be seeing you in this world, but I still feel your light and the room that's yours in my heart is full. I thank you for the wonderful memories, for the joy and love we shared, for the memorable chapters we wrote in each others lives.

It was my pleaseure to get to spend time with you and Anne last July.  I will always remember our crab-fest as well as my ride with Anne to the dollar store in her BMG.  I will always remember her laughing at my silly stories, and being very engaged in learning.  My heart is with you.

Oh Anne.  Slater and I miss you so!  He remembers how you loved his jeans, cuddled him when he had a freak out and of course he doesn't forget that you introduced him to ANgry Birds. Cancer Sucks
