Carmen Hsiao Hsia Kuan, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away on February 5th, 2025, at the age of 70. She was surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Guangdong, China, Carmen lived a fruitful life from being a mother to a restaurant owner with her younger brother and sister and perhaps her greatest joy; being a dedicated grandmother. She found joy in gardening, hiking, cooking and baking organic food and travelling with her husband and relatives. She will be greatly missed by her husband Tommy Jung Chang Kuan, her children Steven, Amy, Yvonne and Cathy and her grandchildren, Lucas, Emma, Caiya and Cameron and all her dear relatives and friends. Her light touched everyone who knew her. Thank you for joining us today. Her love and kindness will remain with us always.

Carmen 生於中國廣東，一生充滿豐富與美好，從慈愛的母親到與弟妹共同經營餐館，她更是全心投入祖母的角色，並從中獲得無比的喜悅。她熱愛園藝、健行、烹飪與烘焙有機食品，並與丈夫及親友一同遊歷各地，享受人生的美好時光。
她的離去讓摯愛的丈夫關榮杖 (Tommy Jung Chang Kuan)、子女——Steven、Amy、Yvonne、Cathy，以及孫兒——Lucas、Emma、Caiya、Cameron，還有所有親友無限懷念。她的光輝與溫暖曾照耀每一位認識她的人。
