Born in Canton, China, Leonard immigrated to Canada in 1965. He graduated from the University of Toronto and had a long career as a mechanical engineer.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Leonard will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cannie; children Katherine (Joseph) and Raymond; and grandson JJ. He will be forever cherished and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held at Hamilton Harron Funeral Home, located at 5390 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC, V5W 2Z1, on May 21, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
A graveside service is scheduled at Victory Memorial Park & Funeral Centre, 14831 28 Ave, Surrey, BC, V4P 1P3, on May 21, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
