Darrell Wayne Wells

Darrell was a man who deeply loved the Lord and his family. His faith was central to his life and gave him peace through every season. While his passing leaves a deep sadness, his family finds comfort in knowing that Darrell is now in heaven, fully restored and in the presence of Jesus.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Penny Gae Wells.

Darrell will be lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren:

his son Darrell Jay Wells and his wife Maricel Wells, and their son Louis Arthur Wells;

and his daughter Kelsey Lee Sem and her husband Sokhom Sem, and their son Dominik Khemera Sem.

He is also survived by his mother, Patricia Wells. He was predeceased by his father, Donald Wells.

Darrell is survived by his brother Donald Perry Wells and his wife Sherri Wells, and nephew Steven Wells and niece Lainey Wells.

He is also survived by his sister Lisa Giesbrecht and her husband Ken Giesbrecht, and their children Chantal Richard and Chelsea Giesbrecht.

Darrell worked as an instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where he was known for his integrity, dedication, and genuine care for his students. He impacted many lives through his teaching.

Darrell will be remembered as a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, a caring son and brother, and a man whose unwavering faith and quiet strength leave a lasting legacy.
