Dimos Kaloupis

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother was born November 13, 1934 in Athens, Greece and passed away surrounded by his loving family April 16, 2012 in Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by parents Peter and Aristea, in-laws Evangelos and Konstantina, sisters Maria and Ioanna , brothers-in-law Mihali and Spiro, and nephews Anthony and Peter. Survived by his loving wife Soula (nee Gnissios), daughter Maria (John), son Peter (Tina), grandsons Vassili, Dimos, Dimos, and Tasi, koukles granddaughters Aliki and Eleni, sisters Kiki (Christos) and Sevasti, sister-in-law Maria (George), and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews in Canada and Greece. Prayer services at 7:30pm Monday May 21, 2012 at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver where a funeral service will be held at 12:00pm Tuesday, May 22. Father Demetrios Partsafas officiating . Internment to follow at Forest Lawn cemetery, Burnaby. Many thanks and gratitude to the wonderful and caring nursing staff of the VGH JP T8 unit.
