I was sorry to hear of Dot's passing.  I'm sure that you all have many wonderful memories to comfort you in the coming years.  Such a wonderful life well lived, by such an amazing woman.  She was a wonderful mentor and model to all of the DGs she met...

Auntie Dot and Uncle Bob were great friends of my parents Ardy and Charlie Schultz. Many UBC parties, Delta Gamma socials and bridge evenings were celebrated together.  She was a beautiful, lady with a quick mind. She will be missed.My thoughts are with you, David and Roxanne, as well as Wayne's family. I hope they are all having a smash together again! Margie

It was with great sadness to hear of the passing of Grannie Osborne. Whether as a child or as an adult I always had a smile on my face when I knew that I was going to visit her or speak to her on the phone.
Grannie truly cared about people. Each time I spoke with her it never ceased to amaze me how she took the time to individually ask about how each of the special people in my life were doing and what they were up to.
When I tell people that my Grannie was still golfing at 90 years of age they just shake their head and smile. She lived a long, active and accomplished life and yet stayed grounded and humble. At her 102nd birthday party I watched her look truly surprised as each person arrived to be part of her celebration.
Grannie was one of the most kind, caring and compassionate women that I have ever had the pleasure and honor of knowing and I will miss her more than words can say.

Mr. and Mrs. Osborne, as they were known to me and my little sister, were long-time neighbours of my grandparents, George and Molly McArthur, on West 3rd Ave in Vancouver. As little girls my sister and I were always so excited and thrilled when our grandad took us next door to see the Osbornes' beautiful koi pond, and Mr. and Mrs. Osborne were so gracious and kind as we toddled all around the pond chasing the fish. Your parents were such lovely people and were cherished neighbours of my grandparents. What a wonderful long and full life your mother had!  Please accept my sincere condolences.
