Edward Murray Hare

After a long valiant struggle, he died with his wife by his side. Pre deceased by his first wife Ada Warren Hare. Survived by his wife Patricia, his 3 children Lauren Hare Tarrant (Dean), Janice Hare Naugler (Mike) and John Hare (Mi Sook) and 2 step children Erica Jones (Karel) and Jill Jones (Oliver), 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, his sister Jean Hare Clelland and his cousin Robert Murray.

After an early retirement from the Military Engineering branch of the Canadian Armed Forces in 1987, Ed continued into his second career as a business consultant for Department of National Defense where he stayed until the summer of 2004.

In the fall of 1960 after graduation from RMC, Ed married Ada Warren Hare and had 3 children Lauren, Janice and John. Tragically early in 1995 Ada passed away suddenly from pancreatic cancer.

Patricia and Ada were long time friends, nursing classmates and brides maids at each others weddings. While talking and reconnecting after many years of friendship, Ed married Patricia Linton in the fall of 1999 . After his retirement in 2004, Ed and Pat sold their home in Kingston Ontario and moved to Vancouver BC.
