We're so sorry to hear about Bet's death. We hadn't spoken for a while, and she's been on my mind the last few days. Tried to call  her this afternoon but found the number non-functional, so feared the worst.  Still, this news is a shock; we all hope her death was peaceful, that her last days were comfortable and that friends and family were with her.  So sorry that we weren't in better touch in the last months. 

She and particularly her twin sister Marjorie (but also their sister Mops) were great friends to my mother and then my sister and myself as we grew up. 

Heartfelt condolences to all those who will miss her.
