February 11, 1914 – February 12, 2013
Helen passed away peacefully just after turning 99 years of age.
She is survived by her son Lee; her grandchildren Dean, Milena & Jason; her sister-in-law Lai Jean (Edwin); her nephews David & Andrew; and nieces Carolyn & Brenda. Helen was a strong, dedicated, and beloved lady. She will forever be missed.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 21st at 1:00pm at First Memorial Funeral Services, 602 Kingsway, Vancouver.
The burial will follow immediately at Ocean View Cemetery, Burnaby.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Helen's memory to Chown Memorial and Chinese United Church, 3519 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V5Z 2W9.
