Bill was born on November 5, 1946 in Hong Kong. He was a naturally gifted tennis player who played every chance he got. He even obtained a tennis teaching license and taught many students. He attended the Hong Kong Technical College, studying Textile Technology. He had a successful career for over thirty years.
He is survived by his two children, Karen and Calvin and his two grandsons, Gavin and Dylan.
Bill fought his battle against lung cancer for six long years. Despite spending some of that time in and out of the hospital, he never lost his sense of humor. He had a great ability to make others smile and his sense of humor will be missed.
The funeral will be held at Vancouver Memorial Services and Crematorium, 5505 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 1:00 pm.
The family asks that donations to BC Cancer Foundation be made instead of flowers.
