I had the privilege of working with Hubert and travelling with him many times for work. Those trips gave us the chance to share a lot of laughs and conversations about life, our kids and our spouses. I always enjoyed working with him, but even more than that, I appreciated the warmth, humour and support he brought to every interaction.

Hubert had a way of making people feel comfortable and supported. He was kind, steady and generous with his time, and I will always remember his laugh and the good conversations we shared.

Please know that I am thinking of you and your family and holding you close in my thoughts. I hope the memories of Hubert’s love, humour and devotion bring you comfort in the days ahead.

Hubert was more than a mentor — he was a true friend. For many years, he inspired and guided us with his positivity, wisdom, and endless stories that could always make us laugh, think, or see things differently.

One of the things I admired most about Hubert was his ability to see potential in people, often before we could see it in ourselves. He constantly encouraged us to push further, achieve more, and believe in our own capabilities. He genuinely wanted the people around him to grow and succeed.

He also had a special way of expanding our horizons by introducing us to new experiences, adventures, and perspectives. Some of my favorite memories will always be the lunches we shared and the adventures he would take us on. Those moments were never just outings — they were opportunities to connect, learn, and enjoy life together.

Hubert left a lasting impact on so many people, and I feel incredibly grateful to have known him. He will be deeply missed, but the lessons, encouragement, and memories he gave us will stay with me forever.

I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him and I know that he has left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He  was an amazing person, a loving husband and a father.  I know that he will be deeply missed. Thank you for everything, Hubert.

With heavy hearts we write this condolence.  

We have known Hubert since he became one of our family members by marrying Decelia.  Everyone in the family appreciates his jolly personality, his readiness to help others, especially his elderly in-laws .  Hubert loved people by his acts of kindness and sincerity.  

We will miss Hubert at our family gatherings as he hardly missed any over the years.

I had a great opportunity to work with Hubert for several years, he was a good friend and always had good advice and was a very helpful man. I am saddened to hear of this loss. My heart goes out to his wife and children.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the sudden loss of Hubert. I have such positive memories of working with him both in the office and on the road. He was my right hand man for so many years. Frankly, I had fun working with Hubert because of the talent, work ethic and sense of humor that he brought to work every day. And, I attribute many of our successes directly to him.

Hubert earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues on so many levels. He was a valued and trusted employee who had many lasting and positive impacts on our organizations and on the people around him which will not be forgotten.

Beyond his professional contributions, Hubert often spoke highly and proudly of his wife Decelia and sons Jaden and Kalen. His family was the most important part of his life.

My thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him during this difficult time.

I am truly sorry for your loss, and all of us are deeply saddened by Hubert’s passing. He was a loving husband and father whose warmth and kindness will be fondly remembered by all. I will especially miss hearing his hearty laughter in the background of our Teams meetings. May he rest in peace.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with Hubert for 20 years, and over that time he became much more than a colleague to me — he was someone I truly respected and appreciated. I have known Hubert for decades, both as a colleague and a dear friend. Years ago, every spring we would golf together—laughing, chatting, and exchanging friendly banter. He was intelligent, funny, and, more importantly, an exceptionally caring person. I will miss him deeply.

What an unbelievable loss for all of us that had the fortune of knowing Hubert! He was not only incredibly smart, but also a wonderful person. The world is a lesser place without him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family to help them cope with their grief. He will be sorely missed!
