John Bennett Paull

Sunrise: July 16, 1953 – Sunset: March 9, 2013

John will best be remembered for his tremendous love for rock & roll and blues music. As lead guitarist in ‘The Whyte Feather Band’ (1960–1980) he travelled throughout BC, Washington State and on occasion back east. His dynamic personality shines through his daughters Crystal Paull, Amber Oates (Junior), Megan (Gerald), Danica (Dennis) and Summer Paull; grandchildren Kono Jr. and Brendan Douglas, Daunte Baker-Paull, Jasmine, Kalisha and Jalan Oates, Celina and Cira Simpson-Paull and special children Gerald and Shandrea. John is also survived by his sisters and brothers Diane, Cheryl, Bill, Nick, Pat, Vanessa (Jimmy ‘JJ’), Rosalind, Barb (Frank), Barry (Elaine) and Maureen Matilpi and will be deeply missed by many loving relatives and dear friends.

A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 7:00 pm; a funeral service on Thursday, March 14, 2013 both a Chief Joe Mathias Centre, 100 Capilano Road, North Vancouver, BC. Online condolences may be found at www.glenhavenchapel.ca.
