Sunset and evening star,

And one clear call for me!

And may there be no moaning of the bar,

When I put out to sea;

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,

Too full for sound and foam,

When that which drew from out the boundless deep,

Turns again home.

Twilight and evening bell,

And after that the dark!

And may there be no sadness of farewell,

When I embark.

For tho’ from out our bourne of time and place

The flood may bear me far,

I hope to see my Pilot face to face,

When I have crossed the bar.

Kai Chiu Chow, age 67, of Maple Ridge, British Columbia passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023.

A visitation for Kai will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home, 306 East 11th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T2C6. A graveside service will occur Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4.
