My uncle was a loving man, who always made me feel loved and taken care of and safe. I remember how he used to take us to McDonald's when we were kids and I never felt like it was too much trouble or hassle. He also took us to Expo 86 and always took us to watch the lion dances and celebrations in Chinatown during Chinese New Year. I will miss my uncle's love and care. And am forever grateful to have had him in my life.

My Uncle was a very well loved member of our very large, but extremely close-knit family, which is surprisingly rare these days.   He was an integral part of our extended family who I remember fondly of since my early childhood days when we visited every year until we moved to Vancouver.  I remember how he loved BC Royal Cafe and we would always find him there having coffee and visiting.  He is sadly missed but my wonderful memories of him are forever in my heart.
