I lit a candle on this site when I returned from the memorial. 
I was so speechless and griefstricken.  The candle somehow disappeared.
Now it is one year in passing. Everytime I thought of you, spoke of you, I would and still well up in tears and choke on my words and thoughts. 
How much we miss you. You are precious.

Lea, I will always remember you as a woman who was full of zest and very optimistic. 

I'll always appreciate that you were a true friend to mum. 

You were a special lady.

It is Inconceivable that we no longer will hear your laughter.

We started off as employer and employee, but ended up as good friends. I love you Lea, you will always be in my heart.

It was with profound sadness that I learned of Lea's passing. I had been married to her for nearly a decade. I found out on June 14, 2011 on a visit to Vancouver and the news hit me like a punch in the stomach. I know she will be deeply, deeply missed by her friends Linda Warren, Ellen Tatham, Shirely Forrest, Jennifer and Neil Macaulay to name just a few. 

Rest in Peace Lea

It was with great sadness that we learned of Lea's passing.  We saw her every week or two where she worked.  She never said she was not well.  I travel a lot and we spoke about her time in Italy and Europe as a designer.  She was a fun, bright, sunny, intelligent and creative breath of fresh air.  My wife and I and our daughters always enjoyed seeing Lea and we will miss her.  We offer our condolences to her family and hope it helps to know she brightened our lives.

Lea,
I cannot believe that you are gone.  You played such an important role in my life.
Thru the good and bad times, I loved you like a sister. I hope you took the
quilt I made for you to heaven to keep you warm.  My life will never be the same without you. There will never be another Lea

Lea, keep a place for me in heaven cause it wont be very long till we all get together and sing a joyful song.

Lea was truly a gift to us all.  Lea, you left us much to early. The time spent was full of life and rich.  Your smile and zest to see things differently made you truly unique, a one of a kind!
Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've lost till it's gone?
