Lorraine was my best friend from the early 70s through the 80s. We both got on with our lives and lost touch with one another. Nobody made me laugh harder than Lorraine. We would spend hours on the phone just laughing. We went to Seattle once and ordered from room service. I asked how much we should tip the server. Her response; “A couple of dollars. Tell him we’re not rich, just very important”. 

I wish I had a magic wand and could have made things turn out differently. I’ll never forget her. 

I heard about her death but couldn’t believe it. RIP, friend.
