I met Max once. He left a wonderful first impression. I really wish I could have gotten to know him better. I'm sure he's in peace, and I think about him often. 

Max called me his soul mate. I always loved him. I always will.  I pray he is at peace.

MY CIRCLE OF FRIENDS HAS BECOME SMALLER WITH THE PASSING OF MY GOOD FRIEND MAX LINDNER. I've known him since I was about 11 or 12, and as we grew up, we had lots of fun. He taught me about expensive cigars, expensive wines and how to live life to the fullest. I will always remember our times at Kits Pub, Joe Fortes and La Bodega. The best story would be from Summer Camp... and I'll tell anyone who asks me about it.... I've told it a thousand times.... and it always makes me smile. Max would give the shirt off his back for you, and assist you in any way possible to enable you to grasp that golden ring you were reaching for. His friends new what he was all about and what I speak of. He had experience and knowledge that came from all four corners of the world. I'm sure he had friends in just as many places. As I write this, my eyes are full of tears and I still can't believe he's gone.
Max, my friend, you are without pain, and suffer no longer. I'm sure your father was waiting for you with open arms. Peace my friend...Peace. love always Gino
