Peter Yoshihiro lost his courageous battle with cancer on April 14, 2013. He passed away peacefully at Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody surrounded by his family. He is predeceased by his parents, Yoshiharu and Fusae and survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Patsy, and children, Norine, Janice, Gary (Glad) and Julie (Larry) and grandchildren, Jason and Kioko, and siblings: Margaret (Terry), Gordon (Masayo), Arlene, Dorothy (Steve), Donald (Connie), Joyce and Allan (Keiko) and many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Crossroads Hospice for the compassionate care that he received during the last two months.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Vancouver Japanese United Church, 4010 Victoria Drive, Vancouver. No flowers by request.
