It is with great sadness to announce the passing of a son, father and brother. Predeceased by mother Winona E. Williams and siblings Wenona George and Boyd Williams. Survived by their father Donald Williams and siblings: Donald George, Barbara Raedeke (Grant), Warren, Henry, and Fabian (Sunny) Williams, and children: Winona J.L. Williams, Rose, Cassie, Robert Williams, Melannie and Kachina Makier-Williams. Survived by 11 grandchildren as well as many loving nieces, nephews and dear relatives. Philip was a roofer by trade in which he traveled to different cities within BC. An injury stopped him for working and for the last several years he attended the TWN School to update his education.
