Reginald Jack Vernon Finley was born on December 10, 1952 in London, Ontario and passed away on December 9, 2022 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 69 years. Reginald will be dearly missed by his family, relatives and friends. Placement of John's urn will take place at Boal Gardens, 1505 Lillooett Road, North Vancouver at a later date.
