Ruth Anna White, (need Burnstad) age 88, of Surrey, British Columbia passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Ruth was born in Vancouver, BC and passed away at her home in Surrey, BC. She is predeceased by her husband Cecil Howard in 2020.
