Bill passed peacefully on September 14, 2012 in the loving arms of his wife, Barbara Best. Born in Toronto in 1924, Bill navigated his life with significance and dignity. After serving overseas in the RCAF during WWII, Bill returned home and established a thriving chiropractic practice for over 62 years, was a founding member and president of Hastings Chamber of Commerce and Burnaby Hastings Rotary Club, and Vice- Commodore of West Van Yacht Club.
