From old elevator shafts in Mutual , challenging easements on the North Shore to major build projects around the Province Bill could always be counted on to lead a Team to successful completion. Mentor to many, respected by all, he will be missed by all who touched him through the course of his life. Rest peacefully Bill

So sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. He was an exceptional lineman and friend. We had a chance to work together at Dixons a couple years ago. His sense of humour and pride he took in mentoring young lineman was a blessing to them and Dixons. 
Will miss you Bill.
