Cecil Grant Fleshman was born December 7, 1927 in Leland, Idaho to Virgil and Clara (Daughtery) Fleshman. Cecil graduated from Washington State College and soon after went to work for Camas High School teaching Spanish, French and German from 1950 to 1989, with a two year gap to serve in the U.S. Army.
Cecil spent his entire teaching career with Camas High School and retired in 1989. After retirement, Cecil pursued his 2nd love: traveling and exploring the world, extensively.
Survivors include his sister Alvira Erickson and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Gladys (Woody) Fleshman, brothers Laurel, Elwin, Elgin and Melvin, and sister Juanita Craig.
