She graduated from Bonanza High School and then went to Business Interstate College in Klamath Falls, OR.
She married Irwin Ewing in 1942 and was a devoted wife and mother. Eloise was a conservative Baptist attending University Park Baptist in Portland, 1954-1963, Lower Highland Bible Church in Beavercreek,-1963-1979, First Baptist in Salem 1979-1991 and Brush Prairie Baptist in Vancouver 1997-2011.
Eloise is survived by her daughters Kimberlyn Kammerer of Keizer, Oregon, Jody Ewing of Salem and Jill Ross of Camas, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
