Marvin McMillan Jones

Marvin McMillan Jones, 87 of Vancouver Washington, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. He was born on October 26,1933 in Portland, Oregon to Allan and Eva Jones. He graduated from R. A. Long High School in Longview, Washington. He met his future wife Shirley at a roller skating rink while in high school and they were married in June of 1955 and raised four children. Marvin was a master craftsmen of wood cabinetry and furniture in the Portland area for many years. Marvin and Shirley were members of a Square Dance and Round Dance club in Oak Grove, Oregon for 35 years.

Marvin is survived by his wife, daughter Connie Ewert (Kevin) of Windsor Colorado, Son Clifford Jones (Debra) of Vancouver Washington, daughter Cynthia Eddy (John) of Vancouver Washington, and Cammie Pedersen (Mark) of Vancouver Washington. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Private interment will take place at Pioneer Memorial Cemetery in Brooks, Oregon. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Pioneer Memorial Cemetery PO BOX 9134 Brooks, Oregon 97305.
