I spoke to my parents today who informed me of Robert's passing.  Dad (Peter Robert and my mother Margaret Robert)myself Maureen Hebert are very sorry to hear of his passing.

On behalf of the Past Grand Exalted Rulers, we offer our sincere condolences to you all. Robert had many good friends amongst the Elks and he will not be forgotten. A donation of $ 300 is being made to the Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children in your dad's name.

Past Grand Exalted Ruler Robert your wise counsel was missed this year at our National Convention.  Our memories of you are great ones and we will miss you in the future.  Rest my friend you have earned a place in heaven.

We are very sorry for your loss.  Robert was a great supporter of the town, Elks Lodge and of our St Martins School and church. It was an honour to know him and to be called a friend.  He will be missed by all.

Our sincerest sympathy to Robert's family. Remember the great time we all had on our trip to Quebec.  Robert was our entrepreteur on this great trip to save Quebec from leaving Canada. We had a lot of laughs.  He was a great guy.
